ORDERS & RETURNS

Orders:

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days if all products are in stock and available (Monday-Friday). Most order are made to order, and we will start manufacturing your order once we have all the details needed. Products will be shipped once completed. We require that all orders totaling over $1000.00 must have matching billing and shipping addresses, or a confirmed shipping address when purchased through PayPal.

Return Policy:

All items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, and returned within 30 days from the delivery date of the order. All returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are normally processed within 1-2 business days from the date we receive your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the same payment method used to buy the merchandise. Please be aware that your bank may take 7-14 business days to post the credit to your debit/credit card.
