Installation & Supporting Mods

This is a purpose-built performance intake that requires hands-on mechanical work and familiarity with the engine bay. It is not a drop-in OEM replacement. The stock inlet must be removed first, and silicone couplers can be clocked to different angles for proper routing — this is intentional and by design. An experienced BMW DIYer should plan for 3-4 hours. If you're less familiar with working in the turbo area, allow more time and review the install guides first.
