Expect 500-550 wheel horsepower with supporting modifications, compared to the N55's stock 300 wheel horsepower ceiling. The larger compressor wheel flows significantly more air while maintaining the twin-scroll efficiency, delivering stronger mid-range torque and extended top-end power. Peak boost targets of 22-25 PSI become sustainable with proper fueling and intake upgrades, transforming the N55's linear power delivery into something that pulls hard through redline.

Installation & Supporting Mods

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Turbo R&R on BMW engines involves working in tight spaces with oil and coolant lines, and this custom manifold product requires experience with aftermarket turbo fitment. Lead time is typically 4-8 weeks as each turbo is made to order. For PWG models, we recommend an upgraded wastegate to handle the increased boost pressure reliably.
