If your looking into performance upgrades for your f10, add this to your list . This custom intake will do the job. Better throttle response and it sounds awesome . Dan is there to help you with whatever questions you have . I can't wait to get tuned.

Amazing product, above and beyond customer service

This is a great product with a lot of R&D put into it. The sounds that come out of my car and performance improvement have been amazing. I drive like an old most of the time, but nothing makes me happier than someone pulling up next to me revving the engine. I open up the exhaust, give a couple of revs, watch my wife sink in her seat and blow them off the line.
Dan has simply been the best to work with and his focus on customer service is second to non. He has not only been very supportive of his product, but has been a huge help to me and the F10 N55 community. I’ve emailed, texted and even called him all with quick replies and solutions to help me fix my situation. The scariest thing I did to my car was the rod bearings and Dan was awesome with his willingness to share his knowledge without asking for anything in return. Over the last year I have messaged him with issues I’ve had with my car and he has helped save me so much money by not throwing parts at it.
I never leave feedback unless there is something in it for me. This is the one exception because of his wiliness to go above and beyond, I would be remised if I didn’t take a few minutes out of day to recognize him.
I would recommend using some silicone spray during installation. Makes everything come together so much easier.

F10 Stage 2 CAI

I couldn't be more pleased with the BHP Stage 2 CAI. Shipping took about 2 weeks, which isn't too bad considering these are all made to order. Installation was straight forward and not complex. The best advice I got from Dan personally, was to drop the water pump and the sway bar to create more clearance. Overall, this was the best investment for the money. Both the intake sound and performance are phenomenal.

My current setup is FBO (BHP Stage 2 CAI, VRSF FMIC, RVG High Flow Downpipe, FTP Boost and Charge Pipes, Turbosmart BOV, Custom mandrel Bent 3.5" Exhaust Piping mated to two Megan Racing Turbo Mufflers) Precision Raceworks Coils and Wires, NGK 2 Step Colder Plugs, Dorch Stage 2 HPFP, Walbro LPFP, MHD Flex Fuel Kit, MHD Custom Tune by Pure Boost, XHP Stage 3 Trans Tune, Running E80.

I've included my DataZap so you can see how the IATs and how well the intake flows.

Finally a front mount intake!

For as long as I have had my F10 N55, I have been looking for a front mounted intake system, similar to the S55s and the S63s. The behind the grill look with the extra intake noise for the N55 was a dream till I spoke with Dan.

The man is a true visionary, and is looking for even more ways to optimize the N55 game, especially for the usually neglected F10s. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase, and I would recommend this intake to anyone in search of more power, more noise, and a better looking set up than the plastic closed box!
